Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making an enquiry, booking, or payment through Augyro Tours — whether via our website (augyrotours.com), WhatsApp, or any other channel — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after we have received your advance payment (minimum 30% of the total package price) and issued a written confirmation via WhatsApp or email. Verbal or informal agreements do not constitute a confirmed booking.

All bookings are subject to availability of accommodation, safari slots, and transport at the time of confirmation. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

Package prices are per person unless explicitly stated otherwise. Listed prices include accommodation, in-country transfers, park entry fees, and specified activities. They exclude:

• International flights between India and Kenya
• Kenya e-Visa fee (currently USD 50 per person) paid directly to the Kenyan government
• Travel insurance
• Personal expenses, gratuities, and optional activities not listed in the itinerary
• Meals not specified as included

Prices are indicative and may change due to fluctuations in park fees, hotel rates, or currency exchange. Any change will be communicated before you finalise your booking.

4. Payment Schedule

A deposit of at least 30% of the total package price is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on arrival in Kenya, payable via M-Pesa, card, or cash in Kenyan Shillings or US Dollars. We do not levy foreign-currency conversion fees on the India-side payment.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing via WhatsApp or email. Refunds are calculated based on the notice period before your travel start date:

• More than 30 days: Full refund of the deposit, less any non-recoverable third-party costs (hotel deposits, park booking fees, etc.).
• 15–30 days: 50% of the deposit refunded.
• Less than 15 days: No refund of the deposit. The balance (paid on arrival) is not owed.

If Augyro Tours is unable to confirm your itinerary for any reason, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued within 7 business days.

6. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety considerations, park closures, or circumstances beyond our control. We will offer an equivalent alternative or a proportional refund where a significant change is unavoidable. Minor changes (order of activities, alternate accommodation of equivalent standard) do not entitle a refund.

7. Visa & Travel Documents

It is the traveller's responsibility to hold a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity beyond the travel date) and any required visa. Augyro Tours may assist with the Kenya e-Visa application process as a convenience service; however, we accept no liability for visa denials, delays, or errors in the application submitted by the traveller.

8. Health & Safety

Travellers are responsible for ensuring they meet health requirements for entry into Kenya (e.g., yellow fever vaccination if travelling from an endemic country). We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal liability.

9. Liability

Augyro Tours and Farm2Future Innovations Pvt Ltd act as an organiser and coordinator of travel services provided by third parties (hotels, safari lodges, transport operators). We are not liable for acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party service providers, or for loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or wildlife encounters.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the traveller for the affected portion of the trip.

10. Conduct & Code of Behaviour

Travellers are expected to respect local laws, customs, and wildlife regulations. Augyro Tours reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if a traveller's conduct endangers others, violates park rules, or causes significant disruption.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on augyrotours.com — including text, images, logos, and itineraries — is the property of Farm2Future Innovations Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without prior written consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
