1. Who We Are
Augyro Tours is a travel service operated by Farm2Future Innovations Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in India. We provide curated Kenya travel packages for Indian travellers.
2. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Contact details: Full name, mobile number, email address, city of residence.
- Travel information: Proposed travel dates, group size, accommodation preferences, dietary or medical requirements shared voluntarily.
- Identity & visa documents: Passport number, date of birth, nationality — collected only when we assist with your Kenya e-Visa application. These are submitted directly to the Kenyan government portal (evisa.go.ke) on your behalf and are not retained beyond the visa application process.
- Payment references: UPI transaction IDs, NEFT/IMPS reference numbers, or bank transfer confirmations — collected solely to reconcile your booking. We never receive, store, or transmit card numbers, CVVs, or bank account credentials.
- Communication records: WhatsApp message histories and email threads related to your enquiry or booking.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to:
- Prepare and confirm your travel itinerary
- Process advance payments and reconcile booking accounts
- Assist with Kenya e-Visa applications at your request
- Provide 24/7 WhatsApp support before and during your trip
- Send essential booking updates (no unsolicited marketing without consent)
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Sharing
We share your data only where necessary to deliver your travel experience:
- Local operators in Kenya: Hotels, safari lodges, and transport providers receive your name and travel dates to confirm reservations.
- Kenyan government: Passport and identity data submitted via the official e-Visa portal when you request visa assistance.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by a court order, regulatory authority, or applicable law.
5. Data Retention
We retain your booking and communication records for 3 years from your travel date for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes, after which they are securely deleted. Visa-related identity documents are deleted as soon as your visa application is submitted or within 30 days, whichever is sooner.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted cloud storage (Google Firebase) with access restricted to authorised personnel only. Our payment confirmation flows use 256-bit SSL-encrypted connections. Despite these measures, no internet transmission is completely secure; you share information at your own risk.
7. WhatsApp Communications
When you contact us on WhatsApp (+254 793 835299), your messages are processed through WhatsApp Inc.'s infrastructure and are subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy in addition to ours. We use WhatsApp solely for customer support and booking coordination.
8. Cookies & Analytics
Our website may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics (e.g., page-view counts) to understand how visitors use our site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
9. Your Rights
Under applicable Indian privacy law (DPDP Act 2023) and, where relevant, GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access a copy of your personal data we hold
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
